Purchase terms and seller information
Prices and usage
- 10 credits:980 JPY (tax included)
- 35 credits:2,980 JPY (tax included)
- 70 credits:4,980 JPY (tax included)
Each 100-person analysis costs 10 credits. New accounts receive 20 free credits.
All purchases are one-time payments, with no automatic renewal. Unused credits can be combined with later purchases.
Credit validity
Purchased credits have no expiration date and can be used while your account and the service remain available. No application deadline applies to ordinary purchases. Any deadline for a limited offer will be stated with that offer. Credits can only be used for Urekata; they cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except for refunds described below.
Payment and availability
Pay using the methods displayed on the Stripe checkout page. Payment is made when the purchase is completed. Credits become available after payment is confirmed. Internet connection charges are your responsibility.
Analysis credits
Credits are reserved when an analysis starts and consumed when its results are completed. Resuming, retrying, reading PDFs and viewing saved results do not consume additional credits. Deleting an unfinished analysis releases its reserved credits. Deleting a completed analysis does not restore consumed credits.
Cancellation and refunds
You can stop before submitting payment on the checkout page without being charged. After purchase, cancellations and refunds for a change of mind or unused credits are generally not available. This is a one-time purchase, so no subscription cancellation is needed.
For a duplicate charge, credits not delivered after payment, or a service defect attributable to us, contact the seller below. We will investigate and provide the missing credits, restore credits, or refund the affected amount as appropriate. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider.
Online purchases are not subject to the cooling-off system under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. These terms do not restrict cancellation, refund, damages or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Japan’s Consumer Contract Act.
If we discontinue the service, we will give advance notice of the end date and how to request refunds for unused purchased credits, and handle refunds in accordance with applicable law. Free credits have no cash refund value.

Using the service and reviewing results
The 100 responses are an AI simulation. They are not research on real consumers or a prediction of purchase rates or sales. Use the analysis results as a reference for forming hypotheses, and verify the facts needed for actual decisions.
Content read from URLs or PDFs can be reviewed before it is applied to the input fields. Check prices, contract terms, and sources, and correct them as needed. Do not enter documents containing personal or confidential information, or information you are not authorized to submit.
URL and PDF reading is limited to 30 per day in total. Failed reads also count toward the limit. Separate daily limits apply to analyses and other actions. Limits reset at midnight Japan time.
Respondents are fixed synthetic personas, not real customers. Interest percentages are not purchase or sales forecasts. Group differences are descriptive, not causal or statistically significant. Small groups are for reference; missing responses are not negative answers. Suggested changes are untested hypotheses that require validation with real customers and sales conditions.
Information handled with Google sign-in
Sign-in uses Google. From Google, we receive an account ID for identity verification and a verified email address. These are used to identify your account, manage your sign-in state, and show saved analyses only to you.
Your Google ID and email address are not included in the analysis input sent to Anthropic. However, if you include personal information in product names, product descriptions, PDFs, or similar content, there is no feature that automatically removes it.
Tokens received from Google are used to verify sign-in and are not stored long term. Sessions that maintain your sign-in state expire 30 days after issuance.
Information we store
Input before an analysis is temporarily stored in the browser tab you are using. It is restored if you navigate away and return within the same tab, and disappears when the tab is closed. When an analysis starts, the draft is deleted and the product information is saved as analysis history. Sources and contract terms read from URLs, as well as entries in "Other / Notes", are also included in the product information.
We store the following information in Cloudflare D1.
- Account identifiers, email addresses, and information used to verify sign-in state
- Product information you enter, analysis history, responses from the 100 synthetic personas, and aggregated and summarized results
- Profile details (required industry, role and goal; optional sales stage and referral source) and whether the initial prompt has been completed
Product information and analysis history are stored so you can review results later. The profile is used to understand how the service is used and to improve it.
There is currently no automatic deletion period for account information, analysis history, or profiles. This is separate from the 30-day expiry of sign-in sessions.
Improvement requests
The text of submitted improvement requests, the path of the page they were sent from, and the submission time are stored in Cloudflare D1 and reviewed by the operator to improve the service. Requests can be sent from signed-in screens; no additional name or email input is required. URL queries and sign-in information are not attached. Do not include personal or confidential information in the body. Requests are not published and are not used for AI analysis. There is currently no automatic deletion period.
To limit repeated submissions, we create a daily hash value from the IP address and use it to manage submission counts. Raw IP addresses are not stored by this feature.
Reading documents and sending data to external services
For analyses that generate product reactions, product information and synthetic persona information are sent to Anthropic. Responses created during an analysis and information needed for summaries may also be sent.
When reading from a URL, the text of the entered public page is sent to Anthropic. "Fill gaps with external search" is off by default. Only when it is on, up to two additional pricing or feature pages on the same official site are retrieved, and their text is also sent. When it is on and no pricing link is found, Anthropic's web search feature is used to search within the same site. Supplementary candidates are checked to confirm they describe the same product, and the sources of adopted information are displayed. Some pages cannot be retrieved or supplemented.
When you use the feature that reads product information from a PDF, the selected PDF (up to 30MB) is temporarily uploaded to Anthropic, and deletion is requested once reading finishes. A usage limit of up to one hour is specified at upload. The file name is not sent; it is replaced with a fixed name. The original PDF is not stored in the Urekata app. The deletion request and expiry-based suspension do not guarantee immediate erasure on Anthropic's side.
Do not include personal or confidential information in product information or PDFs. Viewing the public sample does not run new AI analysis.
Protecting information
Communication is encrypted with HTTPS. Cookies that maintain your sign-in state are sent only over encrypted connections and are configured so they cannot be read by scripts in the page. Saved analysis results are shown only to the signed-in user.
What you can do
- Analysis history can be deleted one item at a time from the history screen.
- Your profile can be edited on the profile screen. Sales stage and referral source may be left blank. Industry, role and goal are required.
- For requests about deleting your account, please contact the office below.
